Privacy Notice
Trace Gauge LLC operates TraceGauge. This notice describes the categories of information the service may process and the controls customers should define contractually for regulated use.
Information processed
Depending on configuration, TraceGauge may process account/contact information, employee identifiers, tool and calibration records, uploaded evidence, audit events, and technical/security logs.
Purpose
Information is processed to provide the TraceGauge service, authenticate users, operate customer workflows, maintain audit/security records, provide support, and administer subscriptions.
Customer-controlled data
Customers should avoid uploading regulated defense/CUI data unless the deployment is specifically approved for it. Contract-specific retention, residency, subprocessors and deletion requirements should be documented in a DPA/MSA where applicable.
