Terms of Service
These terms provide an interim public framework for evaluating and using TraceGauge. Customer-specific contracts, purchase orders, quality clauses and enterprise agreements control where they conflict with these general terms.
Service scope
TraceGauge provides software for tool inventory, calibration/verification records, employee custody, metrology workflows and related quality records. Customers remain responsible for their QMS, calibration competence, procedures, approvals, regulatory obligations, backups required by contract, and validation for intended use.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate data entry, protecting credentials, role assignments and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Compliance boundary
Use of TraceGauge does not itself confer AS9100/IA9100 conformity, ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, SI traceability, CMMC compliance or any other certification.
Data export / termination
Production contracts should define retention, export format, termination assistance, legal hold, backup retention and deletion timing. Enterprise requirements should be documented in the applicable agreement.
